Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
50% at the booking, balance to be paid until 7 days before arrival. 1000 € deposit is to be paid until 7 days before the arrival.
Cancelation conditions: 100% refund for a 2 months in advance cancellation. 50% refund for a 1 month in advance cancellation. Under 1 month cancelation, no refund.

Cleaning
Departure cleaning is included in the rental rate. We will ask you to leave the apartment in an "acceptable state of cleanless" to facilitate the job of our cleaning team. Trash will be evacuated. The dishes will be washed. At your departure, used lien and bedding will be gathered into the bathroom to be ready to be evacuated by our cleaning team.
